I have a question me and my significant other are moving out of state to virginia. I'll be looking for work and we will be living in bluefield va, a lot of work seems to be mostly on the wv side of the town. My question is will I be taxed in both states if I work on the wv side full time?

Hi Baker1992,
Virginia and West Virginia share a reciprocal tax agreement, you will not be taxed in both states on the same wage income. You will only pay personal income tax to your resident state (Virginia), provided your income comes solely from wages and salaries. Make sure your employer sets that up correctly for your state withholdings.
