How can I talk to somebody as if IRS?

2025 what's the first time I've been able to file a return since 2020. I needed an identity theft pin. So I got one involved in return. Files on April 13th. And all it says is still being processed. Then when I get in there I see three Focus 1099 forms from tick tock that are complete BS. I don't know anything about tiktok I don't want to know anything about tiktok. I sent the IRS identity theft affidavit.. and it's just sitting there. I mean where do I got to do I'm broke like the next person. Additionally why somebody would file fake to talk 1099 forms is  beyond me.

You may call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040.  Keep in mind that in situations like yours, the time to process and work through the issues can take weeks or even months.

It is possible that the 1099's from tiktok were issued using your SSN.  The IRS may be able help you sort things out.
