Multiple errors on 1040 transcripts

I have multiple errors shown on my 2024 transcript. My filling status and AGI do not match what was filed on my 1040. I filed a corrected 1040 but its shown on my transcripts as a duplicate. How do i fix this

    FreeTaxUSA is a tax preparation and filing software company, so we're not able to review your IRS transcripts. You're not able to change an the information on an Account Transcript in your IRS account. It's a record of all actions on the account. The Account Transcript can only be updated with new information.

    Generally, a corrected 1040 means Form 1040-X, which translates to 'amended return filed' on the Account Transcript. If the corrected 1040 you submitted was a not a 1040-X but rather an updated Form 1040, it will be reflected as a duplicate in your Account Transcript, which you can't change and sounds like what may have happened.

    You will need to contact the IRS directly at 1-800-829-1040 to discuss information on your transcripts.
