I finished my prior year's return, but when I check out, every credit card used-5 in all-is declined. I need to mail the return to the IRS by 7/25/2026. Is there a way to use a debit card or bank withdrawal?

    When you run into this issue, please contact Customer Support while signed into your account so a support representative can take a look at your account.

    Bank EFT are not available and you may have the same problem with a debit card.
