I moved from NYC to another state, but I worked for the same employer remotely. Is all of my income still taxable in NY?

New York has taken a position that income earned working remotely from a NY company is (in most cases) taxable in New York.
This is the case unless your employer has an established office in the state where you moved (see TSB-M-06(5)I:(5/06):New York Tax Treatment of Nonresidents and Part-Year Residents Application of the Convenience of the Employer Test to Telecommuters and Others:tsbm065i (ny.gov)
If the income is taxable in New York and your new state, you can claim a credit for taxes paid in another state on the return for the state where you now live.
