I still haven't received my 2022 I don't understand

They sent me extra paperwork to fill out to prove my identity and my income so I did all of that got released on December 5th to be exact for the identity and I still haven't received my texts from the year of 2022

    You should request a copy of your IRS transcript to determine the status of your account. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

    I filed my 20/20 taxes with you people the free text USA everything was fine until they ended my identity I had to prove my identity so I had to finish some different paperwork I was released from the identity protection on December the 5th still haven't received anything it still says that my tax refund is still processing

    I'm sorry that it's supposed to say 2022 tax returns with a free USA tax

    Hi Lynn,

    Even though the IRS has not released your refund, if the IRS says they are still "Processing" your refund on the "Where's My Refund" IRS page, that gives us some information we can use to help you. Basically, that means it has not been sent to you yet. At this point, the best thing you can do is be patient as the IRS processes your return.
