total black out screen when trying to sing in

Does anyone else have trouble trying to sing in? Every time I click on the sign in button, all I receive is a completely black screen. I have tried going thru my email, google search, typing the link in directly. Does anyone have any ideas, answers, or help?

    Hi Swieberg,

    Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies in your browser? Another option would be to try a different browser (ex/ Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
