I need help signing in

I forgot my sign in info. So I went to find out my username. Then I followed the link to reset my password. It asks your username, social security number, and email address (I had to change my phone number so I can’t use that method). From that email you are sent a code to reset the password. But if close the link, it deletes the page where you need to enter the code! Am I high or crazy?

    Hi Kellibean! I'm sorry for any confusion in the sign in process. When you choose to reset your password by email, you will come to a screen where you are prompted to enter your password reset code. You'll need to leave that page open and pull up another browser tab to access your email. That way you can get the password reset code from your email and then return to the original tab to enter the code in the field provided.

    Sign in issues can be frustrating. Did you use this FreeTaxUSA page and the "Need help signing in?" link?
