keeps asking if i want to exit site

If i say cancel, it does nothing. Have to exit site and log back on. Did not lose any information like it said i might if i leave site

Have you tried using a different browser or clearing your cache? Usually, that sort of problem can be resolved that way. If you are not sure how to clear your cache, usually you can do an internet search and look up "(browser name) clear cache" and you should be able to find instructions on how to do so.
