Hi,

Is it possible to file tax as married but file separately here if my spouse not having SSN or ITIN?

Thanks

We currently require a SSN or ITIN for each taxpayer. When you file Married, filing separately, the IRS will require you to enter information about your spouse.

If you need to file a return and your spouse does not have one of these, you will need to find another provider to assist you with your tax filing.
