Am I able to make payment to the IRS using FreeTaxUSA? If not, can anyone tell me how can a make payment to the IRS without using the outside mail delivery system.

    Welcome to the Community, Donnie!

    Yes, you are able to schedule your federal income tax payment using the FreeTaxUSA software.

    You are also able to use the IRS.GOV website to make a federal income tax payment. If you have already signed up for an account online with the IRS, I suggest logging in and initiating your payment.
    https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account

    If aren't setup yet with the IRS.GOV website, you can go to the Payments page to initiate your payment.
