Does FreeTaxUSA support NY IT-203-F Multi-Year Allocation forms?

Hi,

I have Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) awards that vest within a 4 year window. Some of these were awarded when I resided in New York. I've currently relocated to California. However, I still need to file New York Income State taxes for the RSU awards granted in NY but are vesting while I'm in California.

I believe the correct form to fill is the NY Multi-Year Allocation IT-203-F form ( https://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/current_forms/it/it203f_fill_in.pdf

Does FreeTaxUSA support populating & e-filing this form?
