Closed Bank Account

What if my bank account was closed before my 2023 refund was posted???? IRS find my refund says it was sent to my bank but the SOFI banking people say they have no information seems the account was closed.

If the direct deposit of the refund fails, the refund should be mailed to the address on the tax return.
