Taxes Filed?

in Filing my taxes

I just completed my 2023 Federal forms on the software. I stopped when finished with the form. I am not going to file state. Will my Federal forms be filed? I didn't receive any notification.

    You are welcome to file your federal return only. The federal return will not be filed however until you have progressed in the software to the point where you are prompted to submit your return.

    If you simply entered your federal information and did not proceed with the filing steps, your return will not be submitted. Please sign in to your account and follow the prompts from the software to finalize and file your return.

    We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been submitted. We will also send you a status update via email once your return has been accepted or rejected by the IRS.
