I don't recall ever prompting for an authenicator app to be added to my login, and now I can't reach support since the website requires that I'm logged into the account to get ahold of support or livechat. What's the best course of action?
Closing out here. I'm not sure if it was browser-specific, but the looping issue was occuring while I was using MS Edge, but successfully got through on Safari. Hope this helps other with this strange occurance.

Cloudflare is one of the worst things to happen to the Internet since its creation, in my view.
I am concerned that Freetaxusa is using Cloudflare which has had a security breach in the past.
Cloudflare today has me stuck in a loop clicking a box to say I'm human repeatedly. I can't even get to the point of being able to put in my credentials. Very frustrating!
"One more step. Please complete the security check to access freetaxusa.com" Over and over, can't get in!
