1040 Schedule B Part III 7a: financial account located in a foreign country

Hi, I used freetaxusa to file taxes. And then realized that at "1040 Schedule B Part III 7a: financial account located in a foreign country" - No, when I have an account in the EU. Freetaxusa didn't ask me about it.

  1. How to prevent this next year and check this box?
  2. What to do this year? Do I need to file 1040-X? Account in the EU has aggregated value less than 10k$.
