Everytime I try logging in states username and passcode is incorrect. My username/passcodes are correct. What is the work around. Just need a copy of my taxes. Seems as if others are having same issue but no resolve.

    Hello,

    The first step is to click on the link, "Forgot username or password?" on the Sign In page, or use the Support menu on the homepage. There are several ways to recover your username and change your password.
