Feb 26th accepted nothing has happened since
l did the filing for my daughter it was accepted Feb 26th 2024 and it is April 15th and nothing has happened yet!!!! What is going on?? Checked tge IRS site everyday still nothing except it was excepted and that is all.

That sucks.
I don't think Freetax can do anything about what happens after you press 'submit.' If it says you filed everything right, and it says the return was accepted, then it's just a waiting game…
But you're doing the right thing, just keep checking

Similar situation for me, I filed March 10, 2024 and still showing only accepted as of July11, 2024. I’m wondering if many others are having the same experience.
My return was pretty simple with no deductions that are examples of reasons given by IRS that cause errors and delays . Let me know please if you’re having the same problem.

I did my daughter’s taxes for her and yes still the same nothing has went farther than accepted by the IRS. I check it everyday but stays the same. Calling any of the local IRS places is a joke you still never talk to any human people. You have to make a dang appointment just to ask a dang question. We live 90 miles from the nearest IRS office. July 12th here and yes still nothing.
