on my w2 box 12 i have two entries

i have two entries in W2 for box 12 for D can i show both entries under D

one is D 22 and one D if we add both total that is the amount deducted for 401K on the last dec pay stubb can i show both entries selection for D as there is no D 22 code

    I suggest that you reach out to your employer / human resources / payroll supervisor for clarification to what the "D 22" is for.
