I just tried to login a few minutes ago to start my taxes and got the following error message. I've been using this site for the past several years with no issue, really frustrated that this is happening now.

This page isn’t working right now

www.freetaxusa.com didn’t send any data.

    I downloaded the Duck Duck Go browser and am now able to login in. Thanks for checking in.

    I am getting an error message near the end of the filing process when I want to view or download my returns. ~403 don't have permission to access the server. I paid to file my state return. I sent a message to support to this effect but haven't yet received a reply.

    Sometimes you need to close your browser, login and try again. It can be a browser issue with the cache.
