Yes it was accepted I get money every year from u guys my state and federal I applied in Feb paid in September 4 th for the check with my credit card of 16 bucks and I got nothing still the where's my refund says nothing yet

The IRS Where's my refund tool will often say, "Pending" if they have your return, but are still processing it. If it says, "Pending", you'll need to wait.
