Using Same Email Id for multiple accounts

I have recently filed my tax return via Free tax USA. Now I need to file a different 1040 return of my family members. Can I use the same email id which i have used already to create a new account profile for my family members?

    Hello Tax_Man! 

    You will need a separate account for each tax return you would like to file. You can use the same email address for multiple accounts if desired. For ease of account access, you can use email address for the family member as the primary email, and then add your email as the secondary email. Or you can simply use your email address, depending on your preferences.

    thanks and one more thing. Its not required to give the mobile numbers right? I haven’t given the phone number. Does this impact in any way.

    Hello Tax_Man,

    I recommend using a mobile number on the 2nd account for two-step authentication and account recovery.

    I filed my 2022 SE tax return here and now I need to file my daughter's 2022 income tax return can I just use my same account for her and if yes how do I go about that? Thank u

    Hello westcoastflipn,

    Each account can only file a tax return for one individual or couple. You will need to create a new account in our software to file a return for your daughter. You can use the same email address on both accounts but her account will need a different username.
