IRA QCD posting

only one of our two QCD entries is posting on the IRA distribution line. The other one is included on the pension line. Will this cause an issue?

Hello,
Based on the information you provided, you did not check the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box on the 1099-R form when you entered it. Please go back to your account and correct that. A QCD must be done with an IRA.

Does your form print QCD next to line 4b on 1040SR

Yes, QCD is printed on form 1040SR when you designate that all or part of your IRA distribution went as a donation.
