I cant access my account
I created an account a while ago and need to finish up my eFile but I can't access the account anymore. I have my phone number where I got the verification code, so thats not wrong, I also have the email I got another verification link from, So that's not wrong either. Why when i go to reset my password it says that its not asscoicated with any account, when I type in accurate info. I already sent email to customer support but they are taking too long.
Please look for email from a******e20@gmail.com.

If your email and phone number are right, that only leaves your username. Usernames aren't case sensitive so you just need to have the right characters.

Nope still doesn't work. I copied the username directly from the account confirmation email that was sent to my mailbox.
I get any combinaton of this "The combination of Username, Social Security Number, and Email address you entered doesn't match a current FreeTaxUSA account.".
I have been trying to get customer support to send a password reset link to my email but they are frustratingly not helpful
