Hi tgill908,
I am sorry that your refund hasn't been deposited into your account yet. It can take a few days for refunds to post to your bank account. You may need to wait a couple more days. I also suggest checking the Where's My Refund site to see if there are any updates to the status of your refund—it's possible a delay is now indicated there.
If this question is about your state refund, rather than your federal refund, you'll want to check the Where's My Refund site for your specific state.

I check it every day and it says the same thing. Have deposited in my account on April 16. But the bank doesn't show anything. I have tried to get a hold of someone at IRS and that is impossible to speak to anyone. It has been 8 days and nothing.

It is federal refund not state. Florida doesn't have state taxes

Hi tgill908,
The first step it to make sure your bank account information is correct. Sign into your account and go to the Return Status page on the Final Steps menu. Under "Federal Tax Return" check the box, "Show Bank Account Information" and double check that everything is correct.
The next step is to check Bureau of the Fiscal Services to find out if there wasn't a possible issue with your refund.
If your refund was reduced by the Treasury Offset Program, you may phone the Treasury Offset Program Call Center at 1-800-304-3107. For additional information regarding the FMS Debt Management Services, you may visit the official FMS website athttps://www.fiscal.treasury.gov/ or by phoning their office at 1-888-826-3127.

According to the IRS website FAQ:
"What if I entered the correct account and routing numbers, but the IRS made an error in depositing my refund?"Answer:
"Contact an IRS customer service representative to correct any agency errors by calling 800-829-1040 (see telephone assistance for hours of operation). Unfortunately, this may result in you receiving a paper check."0 -
I have double, triple and quadruple checked the routing numbers, account numbers with bank and also printed what was on the tax forms out and checked those also. Everything is correct? Now what do I do. You can not speak to anyone at the IRS it is all automated and just keeps circling back to where you started. It says every time it was deposited in my account on April 16. But the bank shows nothing. Now what do I do?
