State Tax Return

I went through the process of filing my state taxes (KY) just for FreeTaxUSA to tell me that I needed to print the papers and mail them into my state myself, but still required payment. Why am I being charged the $14.99 for KY if they aren’t doing the work?!

    Hello Rebecka,

    Most state tax returns can be e-filed, but there are some situations where you need to file by mail. Please contact Customer Support so they can look into this and see if there's a way to resolve the issue that is keeping you from being able to e-file the KY return.

    same thought it was just me any updated was you federal accepted yet when that occurred?
