My IRS payment
The IRS sent my payment a month ago and i havent received a deposit yet. There is no one to contact. Free Tax USA does not seem like a smart option to do taxes. I feel like i have been scammed.

Where was it deposited?
Prepaid card or Direct Deposit into your bank?To talk to someone log in to your account and click on Support and do a Chat.
Double check what ever you used, make sure all of info for the deposit is correct.
Go to the IRS site and the Where's My Refund tracker.
There have reports that refunds are being delayed.

If you filed your return and selected direct deposit, and didn't have fees deducted from your refund, FreeTaxUSA is out of the picture. Once the return is accepted by the IRS, it's completely in their hands. Did you check "Where's My Refund" or look at a transcript of your account? What advised you that the IRS had sent your payment?

ive been checking the website. The payment was sent in February.

I'm not sure what website you're checking, because you said "there is no one to contact," yet there's a refund hotline phone number on the REFUNDS page: https://www.irs.gov/refunds
That said, if nothing there helps you, I'd suggest you set up an IRS account and request a transcript. That will show you all of the processing steps that have been taken with respect to your 2025 return.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your refund. Did you use the Pay with Refund method to pay our filing fees or did you use your card to pay the filing fees? If you used the Pay with Refund, I would recommend that you contact Customer Support so they can take a closer look at what is going on.
Otherwise, the IRS is the one in charge of depositing your refund. At times, errors do occur. You may want to initiate a refund trace to see what happened to it. You will need to file form 3911.
