Incorrect Bank information for State tax return

Hello, I accidentally put the wrong bank account information for my state tax return, and the state tax has already been submitted and accepted. What do I need you to do to fix this? Is there a phone number i can talk to, or an email where I can ready out to for this issue?

I did the same thing I used the chat feature they referred me to a link and phone# to access for help bur they already issued checks Iand charged me a penalty fee. Takes 14 days to get the checks

I would recommend contacting Customer Support about this. They can look at your account and see what you need to do.
They will not be able to update your information if it is already accepted as your state will already have that information. You may need to contact the state directly about it if they haven't already issued it.
Also, if you used Pay with Refund as the way to pay our filing fees, the bank account information may be the temporary account set up with TPG (the third party we use to handle the transactions). If you are not sure if you used this method, please contact Customer Support.0 -
