    1. Who "said" your refund was sent to your bank?
    2. Federal or state?
    3. When was it supposed to have been sent?

    Hello ros2431,

    There could be a few reasons for the delay. Sometimes it can take a few days for the transaction to actually take place and show up in your bank account.

    Another reason may be that they are not able to deposit your refund for some reason and are mailing a check.

    Also, did you use the Pay with Fees option to cover our filing fee costs? If so, the IRS sends your refund to a temporary bank account with Santa Barbara TPG. They take out our filing fees and deposit the rest into the account you provided. If you did use this method, I would recommend contacting customer support. They should be able to see more details about it.
