Cannot resolve a red alert!!!

in Filing my taxes

I am getting a red alert for a 1099-NEC. It is fine. I had to type it in by hand. I think the program is mad because I tried to upload the document and it could not read it, so it thinks there is an error. I cannot submit my return without resolving the issue.

    Hello Graylikethecolor,

    I would recommend that you contact customer support. They should be able to look at your account and see exactly what is causing the error and what you can do to resolve it.

    Hi Dave23,

    Generally, the RED alert is because you have not attached/linked the 1099-NEC to a Schedule C. Please sign into your account and contact Customer Support so someone can review your account.
