When will the 2025 Tax software be operational?

I'm currently looking into my legal options on the fact I have been unable to receive any productive support about getting access to my tax records that freetaxusa has. I can not sign in as the page gets stuck on the loading. This is bull and I'm over it

My 2024 return needs a bunch of info from my 2022 return. I was able to upload my 2023 return pdf and have the data imported. I'd hate to have to manually type in my 2022 data, but I can't find a way to import from my 2022 pdf. Can this be done?

My refund said it should have went in my account on 4/16/25. I have double checked my routing number, bank account number and double checked with bank. It is all correct. But the bank hasn't seen my deposit.
