Where do I enter estimated state tax payment?

I was prompted under “Deductions and Credits” and also under "State Payments” (with the specific dates) Do I enter my paid estimated taxes in both sections?

Estimated Payments for your Federal tax liability are entered under Misc → 2024 Estimated Tax Payments. Estimated payments made for your state tax liability are entered under State → Payments
