I've used TurboTax for 22 years But I've experienced some failures this year.

I'm trying out FREETAXUSA

What would be a good way to keep their returns secure and separate?

I'm thinking of creating user IDs and passwords for them.

    Hello NEWBY,

    I'm glad to hear that you are considering using FreeTaxUSA for your filing needs.

    As it is now, each return filed will require its own account (username and password). We do not have a way of filing multiple returns within a single account. I would recommend that you use a different password per account for extra security.

    We also have a Community article on how to use our website as a Paid Preparer. You may not be one, but since you are planning on filing multiple returns, the information in the article can still be helpful to you.
