I was working on a temporary-to-hire staffing and after some months I got hire by the actual factory for full time. I got my taxes 2025 form from the temp to hire staffing and my taxes 2025 from the actual company that hired me for full time. Should I fill my taxes with both taxes form at the same time or not?

It sounds like it is likely you received 2 Form W-2s, and have to add both Form W-2s to your tax return. You were paid by the staffing company while working for the factory, and then paid by the factory directly when you were hired full-time. You can also check the 2 Form W-2s. If they are from different employers' names and EINs, then both Form W-2s should be reported.

Are they names on the W2 from different companies?

Such as XYZ Staffing and from Factory Co.
