will not accept my payment to amend my taxes

I have been trying to amend my taxes for over 2 weeks. I've been told by Becky to file it at another site after I've already filed my original taxes with free tax usa i keep getting an error code saying card declines due to past payments. I'm new with FreeTax so i dont have any past payment issues
