Question about a possible dependent

With my taxes, I added my daughter as a dependent(24 yrs.) so I could get Head of Household status. I didn't actually get the dependent deduction because of her age. When SHE files her taxes with FreeTaxUSA, does she say that she can be claimed on someone else's taxes? Thank you!

    Do they qualify to be your dependent? I think whether you got the deduction or not, it just matters if they met the dependent criteria.

    Yea, thanks for that link! I wasn't able to get a deduction for her, bummer!
