Problem processing credit card
All of my credit and debit cards are being declined. Is there a problem with the payment system for tax year 2020? I have never had an issue before and the same credit card was approved on the 2021 tax return a few minutes later. However, I tried again on the 2020 and still declined.

For Account issues, including payment, the best process is to send a support message via your support center (link at the top of the right column of your account page). That way the support staff can address your billing concerns directly.
