The Where is my refund says that my refund was deposited into my account 14 days ago. After checking with the bank, it is not showing as received. I have not been able to speak with anyone at the IRS, so what is the next step?

  Did you check to make sure your routing and account numbers were entered correctly, and that you selected direct deposit?
