I use Drake software for those that use it. I have a client that does Drive-away. That means he transports client trucks from one point to another, meaning he does not own a truck. On his 1099 schedule C the Drake Software requires: make and model and date placed in business. I don't have that information. Any ideas?
I changed my email address and I just got a response from RyanV. His reply was sent to my old email address. It is the one that was used when I first posted a question on one of his posts. https://community.freetaxusa.com/discussion/2687/freetaxusa-2025-software-is-now-live#latest My question is this. If you change your…

Hi! Where can I find o copy of my 2023 tax return that was processed? I’m having a hard time trying to find it? Thanks!
I was one of five children to inherit this property back in 1968. My sibling didn't want the property so I paid the tax and built a cabin on it. In 2010 the siblings sign the property over to me. I need to know how I figure the basic price for this property. Im selling the property on a contract for deed. So will the basic…

The companys or person sends me the money for the product I need for the product, then I order it and after I receive it and can test the product I give my honest opinion and…
I'm planning to open a new position in QQQI, from what I'm reading it's taxed as a ROC. From my understanding, I would not owe any taxes at the end of the year on the ROC portion unless if I sell my shares. If I do not sell my shares the cost basis keeps going down until it reaches zero, then each year I would owe taxes on…
I was charged $25 to e-file, but was then told I had to mail it. Shouldn’t I get $25 refunded if that’s the case?
The retirement savers credit is not being calculated correctly in 2025 early release. With $14119 AGI for a single filer return it is giving me $182 credit for a $835 IRA contribution, so neither the correct 50% nor 20%. How can I even report a bug? The website only allows me to send a message to support.
I have been guesstimating my 2025 taxes. (I know the software will be updated) I came across the 1099-B section. I noticed that there is a 1099-B Beta import of Consolidated 1099. If and when the time comes to test this Beta will it override what I have entered? If not, is there an easy way to remove or start over so that…
