I recalculated what I think I need to pay in estimated taxes for 2026, after filing. Is the IRS expecting the amount calculated by FreeTaxUSA, or can I pay what I choose? Has the 1040-ES been transmitted to the IRS?

Hello, I filed my federal taxes on 2/9 and they were shown as accepted. All online tools including Where's My Refund says my tax return was received. When I called the IRS today 3/31 they said they do not show record of receiving it. Can someone help me figure out what is going on?

The IRS sent my payment a month ago and i havent received a deposit yet. There is no one to contact. Free Tax USA does not seem like a smart option to do taxes. I feel like i have been scammed.
I'd understand if it was a small amount but I was told I'd get $659 from the state but only received $176. I looked up the reasons that can happen and none of them apply to me. The federal return was exactly what I was told to expect.
