Dependent Full Time Student check box

How do I check that box on the 1040 that my dependent is a full time student? I have gone back to the Personal Information section and edited the dependent but that is not a question there.

    Hello Mike28579,

    It may depend on what you have entered before that. If your dependent is a minor still, the question about being a full time student is not going to appear. It is for those dependents who have turned 19 or older as there are some credits that have some additional requirements for the adult children in order to qualify.
