- October 15, 2025: Taxpayers in Los Angeles County, California, affected by wildfires and straight-line winds beginning January 7, 2025, have until October 15, 2025, to file various individual and business tax returns and make tax payments.
- February 3, 2025: Taxpayers in the entire states of Louisiana and Vermont, all of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, and parts of Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, and Washington state have until February 3, 2025, to file their 2023 tax returns.
- May 1, 2025: Taxpayers in the entire states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, as well as parts of Tennessee and Virginia, have until May 1, 2025, to file their 2023 and 2024 tax returns and make any tax payments.
